Returns Policy

Should you have any problems with your consigment please contact us at once, by e mail or telephone, and we can advise now best to proceed. Please always quote your invoice number, this speeds up the time taken to sort out your problem.

Items being returned should be posted back by Royal Mail 2nd class or, by Parcelforce if over 2kg. Please obtain a "Proof of Postage" for Royal Mail consignments.

Please include a brief covering letter with brief details of the return, including what is wrong with the item(s), invoice number, or person you spoke to and most importantly, your contact details, ie address, phone number or e mail.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will receive immediate attention, and exchanged or refunded, if appropriate, by return post. The cost of return postage will be reimbursed in the case of faulty or incorrect items, if requested in the covering letter - please note - we will only refund postage costs if goods returned as above.  Faulty items must be returned to us, before we can start the process of replacing them.
